Church Backyard Bar-B-Q, June 14

The First Friday group will host a Saturday barbecue in our church yard starting at 4 PM with cocktails and snacks. At 5 PM dinner will be served. The menu will be London Broil, chicken tenders in spiedi sauce, roasted herbed sweet potatoes, apple slaw, corn on the cob and lemon-lime bars for dessert.

For those of you who have missed the First Friday dinners because of work schedules or other conflicts, here’s an opportunity to join in on the fun. It's a casual time, sharing with others for Saint Peter's and their guests. Tables will be set up outside (inside if inclement weather), but you might prefer to bring your own lawn chairs as they are better suited for the yard-setting. Also bring your own dishes and place settings, as well as whatever beverage you'd prefer.

Friends and family are always welcome. The more the merrier. The best part is that the cost is only $7 per person! (We've had to raise the price due to increased cost of living lately, but it's still a deal.) And you don't have to cook. However, all who would like to help clean up are more than welcome to join in!
